VP of Products . In this role, you will set strategy, define roadmap, and ensure successful delivery of Infoblox DDI solutions with a focus on core DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI) services. Specific products include, but are not limited to, the market leading NIOS DDI platform and Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted NIOS-X servers. You will also conduct market research, interact with customers, sales teams, and partners, prioritize use cases, define requirements to Engineering, and enable cross-functional teams for go-to-market (GTM) activities. This role provides the unique opportunity to not just doing something great, but something extraordinary, as you will be influencing the future of network services management by building on the strategy of the industry’s only SaaS based Enterprise DDI solution.You are the ideal candidate if you are passionate about building products that customers love, thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.What you’ll do:Define and execute roadmap and life cycle of NIOS core DDI, Value Added Services, and NIOS-X serversPrioritize and maintain virtual platform support across the hyperscaler marketplaces, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and private cloud vendors, such as Nutanix, VMware, and OpenStackDevelop subject matter expertise in network services protocols like DNS, DoT/DoH, DHCP, and NTP and apply to Infoblox solutions to differentiate in the marketWork closely with Engineering to gain roadmap commitment, ensure margin objectives are met, and provide a great user experienceDevelop GTM plans and deliverables, such as customer/partner NDA presentations, technology overviews, sales training, FAQs, and white papers, aimed at gaining market share, hitting revenue targets and working with relevant teams to executeDrive market analysis, product strategy and definition, competitive analysis, partner interaction, and customer management associated with our productsDevelop business cases for new concepts, such as opportunity size, financial impact, market share, cost of sales, and profitability expectationsParticipate, contribute and represent core DDI in Customer Programs such as Early Access Program (EAP), Customer Advisory Board (CAB), and Technical Advisory Board (TAB).Lead a small team of product managers and develop and become the “go-to” team for subject matter expertise in the areas of DNS and DHCP protocol services, IPAM, and Infoblox server capabilitiesWork with Business Development to represent core DDI and NIOS-X interests during partner meetings working toward integrations that benefit customers using Infoblox DDIWhat you’ll bring:20+ years of product management experience in the field of DDI, network architecture, and/or network management in hybrid multi-cloud environments5 + years of experience in people management, preferably in a product management capacityRecent product experience for a DDI vendor preferredPublic cloud/hyperscaler experience, preferably with at least one cloud certificationExperience with SaaS managed solutions and AI/MLFamiliarity of network service protocols, such as DNS, DHCP, SSH/SCP, REST, SNMP, and syslogFamiliarity with the major orchestration players in the field of Data Center automation, including Ansible and TerraformAbility to capture and articulate customer problems and translate them into product strategy and requirementsAbility to lead internal cross-functional teams to successfully deliver featuresDemonstrated success in managing relationships with partners, customers, and sales teams, particularly in difficult or challenging situationsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Related Engineering fieldWhat success looks like:After six months, you will…Own the roadmap for NIOS, NIOS Value Added Services, and NIOS-X serversLead content generation, enablement of Sales architects, and subject matter expertise where it is required, such as for customer calls, partner calls, and business development meetings, relative to network discovery and analysisDefine the process and product changes required for adding new device support to the discovery engine and own the prioritization of vendor integrationsAfter about a year, you will …Influence the larger strategic direction whether it be through organic or inorganic growth opportunitiesGrow your team and profile it to address the future capabilities and success of the productWe’ve got you covered:Our holistic
