They will coordinate all client activities, monitor & forecast overall program performance, and ensure the delivery of client projects. They will train and develop their team members for advancement. They will have primary responsibilities that include:
Primary Responsibilities
Build, develop, and grow client relationshipsResponsible for overall client program performances, including financial and client satisfaction, team members and attend internal and external meetingsLead program teams and facilitate communications delivering projects on time and within budgetComplete and confirm billing, invoicing, tracking, and client’s accounts receivable by contract termsPrepare proposals to provide professional services for individual projects or programs, including fee preparation, contract negotiation of fees and terms, change order preparation, and negotiations.Coordinate with program standards, best practices and monitor quality, and team performance to ensure consistencyManage and communicate with the team on assigned programs, including client policies, procedures, goals, budgets, and schedulesIdentify and provide career path objectives and opportunities for team members through coaching, consistency, and feedbackProvide guidance and direction to team members to assist them in their professional developmentPerform other duties as assignedPosition Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of experience managing projects in site civil design and land development or, in lieu of a degree, 20+ years’ experience in site civil design / land developmentProfessional license (PE) preferredExperience leading a team and working with multiple projectsAbility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through problem-solvingKnowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Newforma, Deltek and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travelBenefits and Perks
