Growing, mission-driven foundation in SoHo is seeking a
Managing Director
with at least ten years of experience. The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors and will steer the financial, strategic, and operational initiatives of the organization, including all staff management, expansion, and execution of its mission. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leadership, fiscal oversight, and program implementation from either a business management or nonprofit setting.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior-level executive role with fiscal responsibilities (CFO, Director of Finance, Investment Banking, Finance Strategy, Private Equity, etc) Proven track record of leadership, business or nonprofit management, program implementation, and financial acumen/oversight. Experience working with a Board of Directors or similar reporting structure Proven experience designing and executing initiatives Korean language proficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: MBA or other advanced degree Strategic planning or project management skills Nonprofit experience or interest in leading a mission-driven organization Compensation:
$200,000-$250,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
