DESCRIPTION
Coordinates the activities of a group of employees in order to meet established production specifications and schedules including volume, cost, wastage targets and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
: You’ll ensure a safe work environment by stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, and by complying with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
Incident Reporting
: Promptly reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will help maintain a safe workplace for everyone.

: By using PPE correctly, you’ll protect yourself and your colleagues, promoting a culture of safety.
Quality Assurance
: You’ll follow standard work processes and quality procedures, perform quality inspections, and raise concerns to minimize costs and exposures.

: Monitoring team performance and ensuring tasks are completed to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards will be key to your role.
First Responder
: Acting as the first responder to equipment faults, parts shortages, quality issues, and safety concerns will help maintain smooth operations.

: Ensuring that on-the-job training and other training requirements are scheduled, completed, and documented will support continuous improvement and team development.
Communication and Coordination
