To partner with stakeholders to identify, scope, and execute advanced analytics and data science projects; to design data modeling processes, build forecasting models, and share insights that inform and enable business decisions.ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE?
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment, who are driven to deliver great work, are customer-oriented and are naturally empathetic.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborates with operations, information technology, and other stakeholders to identify and scope data science projects.Designs and implements end-to-end ETL (extract, transform, load) data pipelines integrating data from multiple data sources.Conducts data mining and statistical analysis for generating insights.Partners with both business and IT leaders to influence how the organization approaches and meets business challenges of an evolving customer base and changing marketplace.Prepares forecasting staffing models with high degree of accuracy and precision.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.Travel as required.Education & LicensingBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related quantitative field; Advanced degree preferred.ExperienceSeven (7) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience to include five (5) years of data modeling experience with solid background in the fundamentals of exploratory data analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.Skills & KnowledgeExperience in design of data mining and machine learning algorithms for large datasets.Proficiency writing code in Python or R and documenting for reproducibility.Knowledge of modern cloud and data transformation tools such as Snowflake, Hex, dbt and Fivetran.Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.Analytical and interpretive skills which translate to business solutions.Ability to create and complete comprehensive model documentation.Ability to collaborate in a team environment.Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.TAKING CARE OF YOUEntry-level colleagues are offered a world class training program with a comprehensive curriculum.An assigned mentor and manager that will support and guide you on your career journey.Career development and promotional growth opportunities.A diverse and comprehensive benefits offering including medical, dental vision, 401K, PTO and more.Work environment requirements for entry-level opportunities include –Physical: Computer keyboardingAuditory/visual: Hearing, vision and talkingMental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgement and discretion; ability to meet deadlines.NEXT STEPSIf your application is selected to advance to the next round, you will receive an e-mail notification with instructions and a link to complete a recorded video interview.
