Job Summary:
As a Business Development Director at Ledcor Technical Services (LTS), you will serve as the senior representative responsible for client engagement and driving targeted growth within specified accounts for our suite of services across the United States. In this role, you will bring extensive knowledge and connections within the telecommunications, cable, and IT sectors. You will work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external clients, using comprehensive sales strategies, growth plans, and market plans, leveraging existing and creating new relationships to influence and achieve desired revenue and margin targets.

Essential Responsibilities: You will partner with the LTS operations leaders to identify and evaluate new business prospects by analyzing client needs and requirements across business, financial, and technical domains. Will cultivate and grow relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry experts. Creates comprehensive sales strategies that align with company growth objectives, involving meticulous account planning, market research, and competitive analysis to establish enduring client relationships. While working with the operations and finance teams, you will be poised to achieve financial objectives by assessing monthly and quarterly forecasts. Will oversee cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Finance, Legal, Support Services, and senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with client needs while upholding Ledcor's commitment to health and safety. Initiates market engagement, including events, forums, and conferences that create opportunities for Ledcor branding and networking. Qualifications: Eight plus years of Telecommunications industry experience with a concentration in business development, account management, and sales. Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing. Knowledgeable in Technical Field Services such as business installation, break fix, network services, and support or similar services in adjacent industries. Proven ability to develop, nurture, and sustain client relationships. Ability to determine priorities and consistently deliver results. Working Conditions: This role provides a flexible working environment, balancing your responsibilities between the comfort of your home office and the collaborative environment of our office spaces. Travel up to 50% of the time across the United States.
