About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative in Commercial Banking Operations. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) .

In this role, you will:

Maintain Service Asset Based Lending commercial loans

Provide direct customer service and acts as primary servicing contact for the loan

Support our internal and external clients / partners (Relationship Managers, Underwriters, Collateral team etc.)

Perform complex administrative and customer support tasks by managing daily schedules

Recommends process or policy improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Review moderately complex loan servicing documentation language, book and fund new loans and modifications, including reviewing of input using system of record LUCAS (Loan Underwriting Collateral Analysis System)

Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals

Escalates complaints as needed to management

Provide training and guidance to less experienced loan servicing representatives

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Will work within department SLA's

Supports a portfolio of approximately 60+ clients and related participating banks

Process assigned Tranche setups using the appropriate base rate and tenure

Process required interest and fee entries and adjustments

Process participation settlements

Participate in the LUCAS Ops enhancement meetings and UAT / Regression testing (As needed)

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of asset-based lending experience

2+ years of accounting or finance experience

Commercial lending experience

Ability to review and interpret complex wholesale commercial loan documents

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Prior banking experience

Job Expectations:

This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule

Ability to work additional hours as needed
