The RN New Grad program is an 8-12 week program guideline, including being supported as a new grad for your first 12 months.

Evidence-based curriculum that adapts throughout the first year of practice. Development of professional relationships through cohort experience and collaboration with peers, dedicated preceptors and educators.

Experience growth in your clinical reasoning skills through preceptorship, simulation, case studies, role-playing, group discussions, self-reflection and active learning activities in a trusting and supportive environment that builds confidence and self- reliance in order to help you to be successful in your new nursing career.

*Must have RN License prior to start date

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education Required:

Associates or Diploma in nursing program

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing

Licenses/Certifications:

*Required:

Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

American Heart Association (AHA)

or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS

New grad RNs have 180 days to cert if ACLS or other cert required for dept.
