Strategy & PlanningCollaborating with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs - then translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiencesTranslating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experienceEngaging in portfolio prioritization to help set the strategy and product road map for the teamManaging through shifting priorities to provide clear direction and input on product prioritization and support early product definitionAdvocating for the customer through human-centered design methods, including: discovery, research sketch sessions, and user testingChampioning prioritization of design centered product enhancements grounded in research and analysisWorking with partners and teams across various geographiesEmbracing and advocating for an experience mindsetDiscovering & DeliveringSupporting early product definition by working with partners to facilitate discovery sessions that uncover customer or associate pain points and opportunitiesDemonstrating familiarity with design tools to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teamsDriving end-to-end product design by:Working with researchers to understand customer needs and define opportunities through usability and empathy studiesFraming problems, defining insights, and designing new methodologies/practices to serve customer needsCreating process and user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interaction models, resulting in low to high fidelity prototypesPlanning and facilitating workshops with internal and external stakeholders to align with business needsDesigning within existing - and creating new - standards to contribute to our internal design system, best practices, and guidelinesStorytelling and presenting visual concepts to various stakeholdersGuiding the creation of high fidelity design assets for acceptance, development, and delivery to market in partnership with product, design, business, and tech.Basic QualificationsAt least 8 years of experience with user experience designPreferred QualificationsExperience designing for cross channel experiencesComfortable working with a variety of business partners and delivering outcomesdesign and prototyping tools, such as Sketch and/or FigmaFamiliarity with working in an established design systemExperience managing a cross-functional team
