We are now hiring for a Driver Dispatcher
We have openings for 3rd shift 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Responsible for:
Managing driver route assignments
Ensuring compliance with DOT regulations/Hours of Service
Driver dispatchDOT Log review / Hours of ServiceMaintaining shipment information and ensure paperwork is turned in timelyManaging phones and other admin duties as needed.First point of contact for any collisions or injuriesAssisting with warehouse needs such as, shrink wrapping, verifying labels, and QC checks on receivables.Maintain employee/driver attendance and vacation records

Requirements:High School diplomaValid LicenseProficiency with MS Office SystemsExperience working in a Transportation environmentForklift certifiedAbility to lift or move up to 50lbsDOT, OSHA and FMCSA knowledge with a minimum of 2 years' experience is preferred.Knowledge of local marketsAbility to demonstrate leadership and initiative.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divideData entry skillsMust demonstrate excellent communication skills and professionalism when dealing with customers
