Are you passionate about driving product success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our highly motivated team as a Product Manager, where you\'ll play a key role in shaping and executing strategies for PDUs, UPS, Environmental Sensors, Security Handles, Power Cords, and Accessories for Data Center Intelligent Power Infrastructure portfolios. You\'ll lead with expertise, influencing and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to impact new markets and overcome industry challenges. Here\'s what you\'ll be doing:
Product Strategy and Execution: Develop, articulate, and execute product strategies and roadmaps. Collaborate with account management and marketing teams for seamless product launches.
Lifecycle Management: Lead all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including business case development and global/regional launches.
Technical Expertise: Provide application support for assigned products, including technical collateral and training for account management teams.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis, evaluating value propositions, competitive landscapes, market sizing, and pricing strategies.
Business and Operations Planning: Drive key business and operations planning initiatives, including pricing strategies, sales and operations planning (S&OP), forecasting, and inventory management. Additionally, contribute valuable cost inputs to our manufacturing strategy.
Customer Focus: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing customer needs and inquiries effectively.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor\'s degree in a technical or business field; Electrical Engineering degree preferred.MBA preferred.5+ years of experience within the data center or PDUs/UPS/Sensors infrastructure industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Problem solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Microsoft ExcelAbility to juggle multiple projects, drive incremental growth in existing product lines, and identify and pursue new market opportunities.Ability to build understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence, financial data, and evolving customer needs.Ability to travel 10-25% to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier locations.
