Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and supporting data-driven manufacturing? Join GE Appliances as an Associate Systems Analyst on our DT (Digital Technology) team, where you'll play a critical role in our IT Manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll collaborate with our talented FIS and plant operations teams to drive system performance, process monitoring, and operational excellence within a LEAN manufacturing environment. How You'll Create Possibilities

Responsibilities:

Partner with the FIS and IT teams to support ERP and IT system needs, implementing consistent practices across plant operations. Configure and automate controls systems with equipment suppliers, working with HMI, MMI, or SCADA systems to enhance system functionality. Collaborate with Senior FIS Analysts and IT leaders to ensure our manufacturing systems (MES/FIS) are fully operational, monitoring key production and quality processes. Assist in defining and scoping project requirements (features, specifications, timelines, and costs) and provide detailed documentation to ensure ongoing system support. Provide recommendations on system improvements, support plant operations with deep-dive root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with standard practices. Develop a working knowledge of PLC logic, system troubleshooting, user stories, test cases, and execute changes and project plans effectively. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Initiative-driven with a results-oriented approach and strong time management skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Demonstrated analytical and technical problem-solving abilities. Project management mindset, capable of tracking issues and working toward resolutions. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing environment. Background in customer service or IT support. Familiarity with automation and controls systems.
