The role will mentor senior software developers implementing creative solutions to complex problems, which may include introducing new systems to our technology stacks, reworking data models, re-thinking persistence layers, or simply taking an active role in code reviews.As an essential part of our product team, the senior software developers will evangelize product excellence for enterprise-grade application development. The team lead will be expected to mentor and learn from our team of world-class developers. They will be involved in developing a variety of application types using Java and J2EE including coding new applications from predefined program specifications, performing the maintenance and modification of programs currently in production and the opportunity to work with some of the latest and emerging technologies.
