Henry Ford Health (HFH), one of the leading healthcare systems in Michigan, continues to grow and innovate, driven in part by its joint venture with Ascension, launched on October 1, 2024. As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Net Revenue to join our team to work collaboratively within a high performing function. This critical role will report to the Director of Corporate Reimbursement and focus on managing and advising on issues related to fee-based reimbursement, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to optimize revenue processes.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReview and advise on monthly net revenue calculations using various tools, including Kodiak RCA.Review and advise on net revenue budgets.Maintain expertise in reimbursement regulations & strategies through appropriate education. Provide education and consultation to department staff, governmental affairs and operations on new regulatory issues.Develop rate-setting strategies and proposals. Develop rates for new services. Coordinate pricing transparency efforts with operations.Work with revenue cycle, operations, and finance departments on reimbursement issues. Consult on coding and charge master issues.Provide a leadership role in developing goals and accomplishment of those goals.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Health Care Administration; Master's Degree, preferredTen years of progressively more responsible experience in healthcare reimbursement is requiredWorking knowledge of third party reimbursement mechanisms, basic coding principals, and rate setting strategiesWorking knowledge of
