Merchandise Planning Analyst
will support both Retail and Commercial Partnerships businesses, reporting directly into the Head of Planning. This person will support planning efforts with a particular focus on optimizing inventory levels, timely replenishment & cross-functional department projects. Responsibilities: Product performance analysis to identify business opportunities. Replenishment to maximize sales, proactively recalibrating according to evolving business trends in LATAM DOS & key commercial partners. Transferring product between stores in LATAM DOS to optimize store assortment & stock levels. Aged inventory return management for key commercial partners to achieve ST% & assortment goals without compromising sales. Liaising with logistics & customer service to ensure timely shipping and prioritization for both LATAM DOS & key commercial partners. Support Brand team by providing stock for experiences, events & PR needs. Support Brand team with analytical recaps & findings from events, campaigns, etc. Support Retail team by investigating store level callouts for replenishment & assortment needs. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 2-3 years experience with merchandising, planning and allocation environment Highly competent in Microsoft Excel Ability to self-manage and deliver while working with tight deadlines Strong analytical skills and highly organized with the ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities Articulate with excellent communication style Dynamic, confident and enthusiastic Experience with SAP systems, BI reporting tools and retail replenishment tools.
