ServiceNow ITOM Solution ArchitectLead the solutioning and design of ITOM solutions using industry best practices.Advise on and design integration solutions between ServiceNow and other CMDB tools.Expertise in CMDB design, architecture, and implementation with a strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB model and extensions.Hands-on development including creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors, and Event rules.Integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, and application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods.Experienced in implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.Integration of 3rd party software with ServiceNow.Design and modification of ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, and SLAs.Experience in MID Server management.Experience leading the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances.
