Launched in 2020, we are a remote hybrid team with major hubs in Silicon Valley, California & Birmingham, Alabama.JOB DESCRIPTION As the Tap Product Printing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the printing process of our Tap products in our Birmingham office, with a sharp focus on delivering exceptional quality. You'll operate printing equipment, inspect every item for precision, and make adjustments in Adobe Illustrator (AI) to ensure each product meets our design and quality standards. Your role is essential to maintaining Overflow's reputation for excellence, ensuring that each product reaches customers with the highest level of craftsmanship.RESPONSIBILITIES
Printing Operations:
Operate printing equipment with a strong focus on quality control, ensuring Tap products are produced to exact specifications for a consistent, polished finish.Design Adjustments:
Use Adobe Illustrator (AI) to make final adjustments to artwork, including clarity, alignment, and color consistency, to uphold the highest visual standards.Quality Control:
Conduct meticulous inspections of printed products, verifying clarity, color accuracy, and alignment. Address any discrepancies to meet Overflow's high standards for quality.Equipment Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance on printing equipment and troubleshoot any issues to avoid production delays and ensure consistent output quality.Inventory Management:
Track printing supplies to ensure production readiness, coordinating with the team to maintain optimal stock levels.Internal Team Coordination:
Work closely with the Packaging & Fulfillment Specialist to ensure an efficient handoff, facilitating a smooth fulfillment process.NON NEGOTIABLE QUALIFICATIONS

You are deeply passionate and curious about the work of churches and nonprofits and how it can be accelerated through innovation and generosity.You care about the details and won't stop until a solution is found.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.Experience with order fulfillment, shipping logistics, or warehouse operations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.Skilled in Adobe Illustrator (AI) with the ability to edit and enhance designs while maintaining high standards of quality and design consistency.Proficiency in using project management and communication tools (e.g., , or similar) to track orders, collaborate with teams, and resolve issues promptly.You are exceedingly organized and are skilled in managing and following up on many tasks at once.You are ready to move fast and learn fast!Effective communicator for team coordination and workflow management.Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing equipment.Previous experience with digital printing equipment and quality control in a production environment.TECH STACK
