Credit Risk is responsible for managing the firm's credit exposure to its trading and lending counterparties. Leveraging its extensive expertise in financial, credit and risk analysis, CR ensures that credit exposure to our counterparts is managed within the firm's risk appetite. Credit professionals work closely with many areas of the firm. Given this structure, CR professionals gain diverse financial experience and a broad perspective on how the entire firm functions. The interaction with numerous departments and the range of projects that ensue allow for a challenging, varied and multi-dimensional work environment.We are seeking a Sr. Analyst level candidate to join the Consumer Credit Risk team. The role supports the execution of credit policy governance requirements for consumer assets such as credit cards. This includes enhancing the firm's risk governance framework to strengthen the firm's risk management capabilities and integration with the firm's day-to-day risk management practices to ensure those risks are managed, monitored and controlled. Manage governance and delivery of periodic reporting.Primary responsibilities and duties include the following:Provide support for portfolio credit risk oversight and governance by tracking the actual performance of risk appetite and credit risk management metrics against approved guardrailsAddress internal audit requirements and findings in a timely and appropriate mannerSupport activity relating to regulatory interactions and compliance with regulatory requirements in consumer lending and support senior leadership during updates to external regulators.Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company and regulatory standards, policies and practicesSupport credit risk management senior leadership in partnering with business units and broader Credit department to assess data availability, data sufficiency, and reporting needsBe up to date on applicable regulations and compliance requirements in consumer lending to support Senior Leadership during interactions and updates to internal and external regulators

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial banking industry; preferably in a governance type role.Energetic self-starter that can liaise with stakeholders across teams.Strong project management, organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments concurrently across various stakeholders with ability to do end-to-end project deliveryStrong writing, communication skills; technical writing and documentation experience desiredAbility to present with impact and build consensus across groupsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on deliveryQuick learner who can thrive working as part as a cross-regional team and individuallyProficiency in SharePoint. PowerPoint and Excel (including creation of pivot tables, logic functions) - Tableau & SQL are a plus
