The Data Integration Lead Analyst is responsible for facilitating and executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement, and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions, and Lines of Business. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills, and project management expertise are required. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support business requirement documents, data issues, and analysis.The Finance Data Wholesale Lending team is responsible for many run-the-bank and change-the-bank processes. We partner with Risk and Finance to understand their data requirements for regulatory and internal management reporting. We work with data provisioning point owners to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting of data in the required standards. The team works on an end-to-end basis with various stakeholders to resolve data challenges by understanding root cause/thematic issues and executing solutions such as system replacements, adjustment reduction programs, data quality monitoring and resolution, as well as process design and implementation.Applicant must have experience and knowledge in different aspects of wholesale lending. The role will include interactions with our Finance, Business, Technology, Loan Operations, and Risk partners. The applicant will need to have knowledge of wholesale lending accounting, critical data elements, regulatory reporting, and architecture like Loan IQ.Responsibilities:Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings.Examine and evaluate project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to project leads.Determine appropriateness and guide revisions/refinement of presentation content and materials for Governance forums.Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project and associated dependencies. Allocate/coordinate work within team or project group.Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines, or processes.Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.Independently conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on a broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance, and taxonomy.Develop and articulate business requirements and map current and future state processes.Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferred.Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed.Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.Familiarity with data concepts.Communicates effectively, develops, and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels.Education:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.Job Family Group:
