We also provide F&B consultation for the Austin Proper Hotel, overseeing three restaurants, in-room dining, and banquets throughout the property. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hotel industryIn-depth food and beverage operations knowledge, including service techniques and product knowledgeProficient in managing inventory, cost control, and analyzing sales dataFamiliarity with health and safety regulations in the hotel industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and managementStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredSalary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this position successfully.
