The PMO Analyst is responsible for providing project management support and analysis to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the organization. The PMO Analyst works closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and optimize project performance. The Finance SAP Project User is responsible for testing and validating the functionality of SAP systems and applications within the organization. The Finance SAP Project User works closely with the IT team, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP-related solutions.Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with the finance team and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements and ensure the SAP system is configured to meet thoseParticipate in the design and implementation of new SAP financial features orProvide support to other finance users on the effective use of SAP for financialIdentify and report any issues or errors within the SAP financial modules, and work with the Project team to resolveAssist in the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial features orServe as a point of contact for finance-related SAP inquiries andExecute comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality of SAP financial modules, configurations, andPerform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing on SAP financialIdentify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing, and work with the IT and development teams to resolveServe as a liaison between the subject matter experts and the IT department, effectively communicating testing results andSupport on developing training materials and sessions to finance end-users on the proper use of SAP financialPosition RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, finance,3-5years of experience in a project management or business analysisThorough understanding of financial accounting principles andProficiency in using SAP financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assetFamiliarity with SAP reporting and business intelligenceStrong analytical and problem-solvingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functionalExperience in providing end-user training and support isNice to Have SkillsProject management experienceStrong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, andProficiency in project management software [e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence].Hours of Operation: M-F, 8-5PMHybrid Work: 3 days per week required in Woodcliff Lake, NJHybrid schedule (3 days in office & 2 days WFH)
