CaliforniaWe are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join a well-reputed law firm on a remote basis in California. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including product liability, general liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, lemon law, trucking, and personal injury litigation.Responsibilities:Handling all aspects of the litigation process, from case inception to trial preparation and settlement negotiationsManaging discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnessesWorking closely with clients to provide legal counsel and regular case status updatesRequirements:Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law schoolActive member of the California bar in good standing2+ years of experience in insurance defense, products liability, general liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, lemon law, or personal injury litigationIf you meet the requirements, please send your resume to sanyam.rawat@ascendion.com
