The Senior Events Marketing Manager will lead all aspects of the event marketing process including strategic planning, creative development, execution, measurement, and communication of such events (internal or external). This role will be responsible for developing and leading events that support T-Mobile's brand, business, and communication objectives. The role will work cross functionally with multiple internal departments, properties, agencies, and senior-level leadership. Job Responsibilities: Lead strategic development and execution of major awareness, education, consideration, thought leadership, & demand generation events. Lead cross-functional event teams (including sponsorships, brand, event operations & agency partners, sales, product, product marketing, PR teams, AR teams, etc.) to ensure a smooth and successful event! Research, identify, and recommend new opportunities for event marketing partnerships. Work with the sales & product teams to develop strategies setting shared goals and implement those strategies. Establish and manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders and be the point of contact for event marketing inquiries. Oversee the production of all event marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media. Develop pre, during, and post-event communications for internal and external parties. Lead and manage event agency. Prepare and present strategies and programs to senior leadership. Establish key performance indicators, measure, and deliver results. Supervise and coordinate event budget. Train and lead event marketing staff on your events. Maintain active project plans and event documentation for all events. Attend events to represent the organization and build relationships with attendees. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. Education: Bachelor's Degree Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. Work Experience: 4-7 years Experience in developing and executing major events. 4+ years experience in creating and leading major high profile events to drive business and brand growth. B2B Event Experience Required. Strong background leading cross functional teams and agency partners. Experience executing events across all targets (trade/industry, consumer, and media) a plus. Telecom & Tech experience a plus. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
