Your challengesHome Office on with EST time zoneDevelop/Optimize AMS Go-to-Market Strategy for Bioprocess sales in close collaboration with the Bioprocess Unit and the AMS market region team.Manage, maintain and balance the required resources between Sales, Application Support, Sales Support and others to maximize revenue and profitCollaborate closely with regional and global BPU service teams to deliver on a superior customer experienceAccountable to deliver AMS annual sales revenue growth target (incl. all Bioprocess Products and Services)Drive opportunity and funnel management (CRM) and provide a reliable forecast of expected sales and order entry as well as on a unit level for production planningDeploy effective pricing and discount strategy and policies in AMS according to the global guidelinesDevelop and implement channel strategy in AMS including but not limited to dealers and eChannel in Alignment with BPU Channel ManagementAccountable for managing and forecasting the expense-budgets in Sales and Sales-SupportEnsure customer-focused approach to increase customer satisfaction and retentionCoach and develop team members to improve selling and business development skills; improve team morale and motivate teams to have high engagement and drive for successEstablish metrics and KPIs to track and measure performanceBe a role model for Eppendorf's Vision, Mission, Values and be a driver of positive changeCollaborate closely with marketing team to deliver high value campaigns and participate in conferences/seminars as a teamCapable to work in a highly matrix environment and collaborate with non-Bioprocess stakeholders in the market region to drive initiatives and projects for Bioprocess businessStrong interaction and collaboration with other BPU stakeholders to deliver global Bioprocess goals and drive global initiativesStrong interaction and collaboration with the Bioprocess Unit is required to execute Bioprocess business and commercial strategyExceptional leadership skillsYour expertiseBachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent, Master's degree preferred.8+ years of relevant management experienceExperience in leading direct sales and business development teamsProven experience managing distributors in the AMS regionBioprocess industry knowledge preferredExperience in AMS market selling capital equipmentStrong network with key customers and partners in the regionWholistic business experience working with functions such as finance, supply chain, marketing & serviceMotivated by change and ambiguity; ability to drive business with constant improvement intentionsWillingness to travel regularly and ability to understand and work in culturally different marketsProfessional competence, special knowledge (e.g. languages, IT)Strong communication and negotiation skillsManagerial level knowledge of financeStrong working knowledge in Excel and PowerPointAbility to work in a matrix and multi-cultural environmentCustomer Focus: building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutionsResults-Oriented: consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstancesCommunicates Effectively: developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesEnsures Accountability: holding self and others accountable to meet commitmentsCollaboration: building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesLeadership: Ability to motivate and drive team towards a common goalYour benefits at EppendorfCompensation: Targeting base salary up to $145k - $160k annually, this positions is also eligible for bonus and commission planOpportunity to make a significant impact on our service business growth and operational efficiency.You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and continuous improvement.Personal and professional development opportunities.Access to a global team and environment.Innovative and appreciative corporate culture.Company car for private use.Competitive total rewards package including health, financial, and education benefits
