SUMMARY:
As an Online Testing Specialist, you are responsible for online testing setup. You will also play a key role in administering online tests which includes in-depth knowledge of the testing platform, interacting with online testing customers, as well as helping parents and students troubleshoot computer issues. Other office duties include general customer service and preparing test booklets for reuse.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide general customer support via phone and emailGeneral office dutiesOnline Testing setup, data entry, and verification of test session informationOnline Testing administration including monitoring test sessions, troubleshooting, and communication with remote proctorsInspect and restore test booklets to reusable conditionREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Detail-orientedStrong computer skillsSupportive of homeschoolingGood communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility/prone to remain calm under pressureCapacity to prioritize and organizeAble to instruct customers over phone and emailHigh level of accuracy while performing repetitive tasksWillingness to work as a team player, doing whatever task is neededTraining or experience in education and/or homeschooling beneficial
