You can verify if you meet this qualification here →HUBZone Map (sba.gov)Position Overview:As our Bilingual Videographer & Content Producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end video production process. This role requires a creative professional with technical expertise who can handle everything from concept design to final video implementation, including recording, editing, sound design, and social media optimization. You will create high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and meets the specifications for various social media and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Video ProductionDesign, plan, and execute all phases of video production, including pre-production planning, on-site filming, post-production editing, and final delivery.Operate video, lighting, and sound equipment to produce high-quality footage in various environments.Handle setup and breakdown of equipment on location, ensuring the best lighting and sound conditions for each shoot.Editing and Post-ProductionEdit raw footage, ensuring smooth cuts, color correction, and professional sound design.Add animations, graphics, and special effects when needed to elevate video quality.Create multiple versions of each video optimized for different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).Sound DesignRecord high-quality audio during shoots, ensuring optimal sound clarity.Mix, balance, and clean up audio tracks as needed, adding background music or sound effects to enhance the video.Content Optimization for Social MediaAdjust video dimensions, length, and quality based on platform-specific requirements.Develop engaging video thumbnails and eye-catching captions tailored to each social platform.Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.Requirements:Proven experience as a Videographer, with a portfolio showcasing various styles and formats, specially for reels and social media.Bilingual in Spanish.Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).Knowledge of sound recording and sound design best practices.Familiarity with social media content specs and trends for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to take creative direction.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in multicultural or diverse content production.Skills in graphic design, animation, and motion graphics.If you’re passionate about storytelling through video, with the ability to bring creative concepts to life from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you!
