Duties:Defines, owns, and drives the North America Supply Chain Region strategy and process for delivering to customers within respective discipline.Owns and drives decision making, prioritization, configuration, and use of NA delivery technology within respective subject area. Collaborates with technology, analytics and product teams in developing and implementing process and design changes.Leads supply chain knowledge management for value creation and attainment of tactical and strategic requirements in supply chain innovation, automation, and industry best practices. Drive continual gap analysis, documentation and process improvement initiatives with efficiency and accuracy gains across the organization.Accountable for business results in respective subject area. P&L revenue and cost target achievement, customer measures and projects in conjunction with the respective Delivery DirectorUsing external benchmarking and standard methodologies, drives proactive business evolution within delivery teams. Establish key client and industry partnerships related to innovation and continuous improvement; engaging this network to influence the supply chain organization to embrace leading processes, best practices and ensure the organization is well positioned for the future.Supports the process and prioritization of initiatives. Develops and ensure roadmaps are aligned with prioritization decisions. Design, lead and facilitate leadership team meetings to ensure focus on prioritized initiatives.
Qualifications:5 plus years related procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experienceBachelor's Degree in Business or related Supply Chain field, or equivalent experienceProven track record to influence, lead and drive forward solutions for internal and external challenges across multiple functional areas (including Marketing, Analytics, Supply Chain)Proven track record to develop and drive critical initiatives sought at achieving supply chain critical metrics and P&L targets. Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a plus.Experience with Inventory/Demand/ERP Applications & Reporting Tools (JDA, JDE, OBIEE, Tableau, PowerBI). SQL is a plus.Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skillsProject management experience, mainly involving process design, technology and commercial interfacesDemonstrated experience and proficiency in change enablementExperience in a direct client interfacing roleGap analysis, measurement and external benchmarking
