We are currently looking for a 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Branch Admin Coordinator to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Match Invoices to ReceiptsProcess PO's for vendors and customersProcess Vendor creditsPrint delivery tickets/credits for resolutionsOther duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

MS Office suite, internet, e-mail savvy

Attention to details, organization skills

Ability to clearly communicate to customers, vendors, and team members
