POSITION SUMMARY: The CBDI Clinical Research Ops Manager manages a team of Clinical Research Nurses and Clinical Research Coordinators within their assigned unit. The CBDI Clinical Research Ops Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, staffing, human resources, and budgetary needs of the assigned unit.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of prior clinical research experience required, within the 5 years, 2 years of clinical research experience either as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Research Nurse, or providing nursing care to pediatric oncology research participants. OR Bachelors in nursing degree with 5 years of prior nursing experience AND current FL RN licensure requiredTwo years of Children's Oncology Group (COG) experience preferred.Two years of supervisory or management experience required.Demonstrates knowledge and skills in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, HIPAA, FDA regulations and other federally mandated guidelines.Must have computer expertise in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Able to follow protocols and directions very closely with the ability to grasp the rationale for the methods used and careful attention to details of the protocols are essential for success.Expertise of medical terminology and human subject research is required.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Salary Range: Minimum 39.58 per hour - Maximum 63.33 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.JHM prioritizes the health and well-being of every employee.
