Executive Assistant
Gastonia, NC
Full Time-Hybrid
This role will often require you to be in person at our corporate office in Gastonia, NC.
What will you do?
Assist the CEO with daily office administrative duties.Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments (across multiple time zones) composing, and preparing correspondence, and compiling documents and materials.Act as a brand ambassador both for CTSHealth and for the executives, establishing strong internal and external working relationships.Make and manage complex travel arrangements, itineraries and agendas that may change on short notice. As the Executive Assistant, you will also be expected to travel when needed.Manage and submit timely expense reports.Communicate on the CEO's behalf, coordinating logistics for high-level internal and external meetings.Formats and drafts information for internal and external written communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.Requirements
What qualifications do you need?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executive level leadership.A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.The demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure, and to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional attention to detail, fantastic organizational skills, and consistent follow-through.Work both independently and with administrative staff.Knowledge of video conferencing technology and equipment.Proficiency with MS Office with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced level skills with Spreadsheets, Graphs and Presentations.Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be the face of the company when needed.The ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to quick changes in business and personal needs.
