Lonza Pharma & Biotech has an opening for a Warehouse Operator in their Tampa, FL location. The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials for production, as well as managing distribution activities in compliance with SAP system and cGMP guidelines. Timely and accurate documentation is essential to ensure compliance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Help coordinate the storage and distribution of imported goods. Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment. Supervise the loading and unloading of trucks to ensure shipments are accurate and properly documented.Review SOPs and work instructions related to production activities.Keep precise records for production and distribution. Verify that shipping documents align with received items. Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, including in-process and finished goods. Organize and store items in their designated locationsAdhere to all safety and sustainability requirements, seeking clarification when needed. Use appropriate equipment to safely unload shipments. Maintain a clean and organized work environmentAdhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment. Notify management of any safety and sustainability concerns, issues, deficiencies, errors, incidents, or potential improvements, and take corrective action when possibleThe candidate must be able to drive a box truck, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving recordSuspend operations if safety concerns emerge to report and address any issues.Key Requirements:

Minimum High School diploma or GEDManufacturing experience1+ years' experience working in a warehousecGMP experience desired
