Desktop Administrator

An employer is looking for a Desktop Administrator to work onsite in Suit & Tie and join the operations team. They will be analyzing complicated processes to provide IT solutions for high-volume requests, and deploying IT equipment and services to new employees/transfers (~10/week). This individual will be supporting 20+ worksites located throughout North America and China. Plus assist with high-volume hardware deployments and general IT asset management (this includes, but is not limited to PC workstations, servers, iPhone devices, wireless scanners, kiosk stations, and more).

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of recent IT Administration or similar work is desired. Strong Technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365 suite, and Apple iOS services. Familiarity with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, and Mobile Device Management). Associates Degree in related technical field. Ability to wear a suit and tie when working onsite.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar IT certifications are desirable. Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and SCCM/MECM. Experience with scripting, agile, DevOps or similar.
