Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of personal insurance accounts, deliver outstanding client service, and support business growth and retention. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in personal insurance, strong communication skills, and a proactive client management approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of personal insurance clients.Review policies, recommend coverage adjustments, and ensure accuracy in renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.Experience working with High Net Worth accounts and carriers.Address client inquiries, claims, and billing concerns promptly.Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.Educate clients on insurance options and risk management strategies.Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage with insurance carriers.Conduct annual policy reviews and identify opportunities for growth.Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide effective advice.
Qualifications:
Experience in personal lines insurance.In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and underwriting processes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management software.Property and Casualty license required.
