18+ MonthsPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with over 9 years of expertise in creating and managing detailed project schedules, work plans, and quality control processes, specifically for government projects. This role requires proficiency in Primavera P6, CPM, and PDM scheduling methods to manage project timelines, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and oversee logistics and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and submit detailed work plans that align with project requirements and guidelines.Create, update, and maintain project schedules to ensure accuracy and adherence to project timelines.Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) and Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) techniques for effective scheduling.Use Primavera P6 software for efficient schedule management.Provide regular project updates (weekly/monthly) per government standards; compile and submit documentation such as submittal registers and investigation reports.Obtain, maintain, and renew all necessary permits and licenses to ensure project compliance.Prepare, maintain, and submit invoices and payment schedules through designated government portals.Coordinate with logistics for timely material storage, shipment, and safe handling.Collaborate with vendors, quality teams, and inspectors to implement Contractor Quality Control (CQC) and Design Quality Control (DQC) plans.Utilize RMS software for efficient electronic information sharing and documentation.Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and maintain detailed plans on how these will be achieved.Qualifications:Minimum of 9 years of experience in project scheduling, with a focus on government or contract-based projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6, CPM, and PDM scheduling methods.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in document control and compliance.Knowledge of government contracting processes, permitting, and invoice submission.Excellent communication and coordination abilities to manage multiple stakeholders.If you are a detail-oriented project scheduling professional looking for a long-term opportunity in Milwaukee, WI, we encourage you to apply.
