That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! The Senior Digital Business Analysis Manager is a subject matter expert on digital data in support of the Digital Business Management team. This individual contributor leads in a matrixed cross-functional environment and supports the team by providing data backed insights for critical business questions and dashbaord creation for ongoing analysis. This role exudes a high level of executive presence and possesses superior communication skills. The role partners with Marketing, Analytics, and IT teams to understand data collection, storage and management ensuring a high level of quality and scalability in data usage. This role embraces experimentation and learning and is motivated by the spirit of continual improvement. The position requires a deep understanding of data environments, schemas, extraction and visualization tools. They are responsible for communicationg keyf indings and recommendations to team members and management, ensuring data-driven insights are at the forefront of decision-making processes. This role operates autonomously; translating leadership questions into data requirements; identifies and acquires the necessary data; analyzes and interprets the results; has strong executive presence when presenting results and explaining sophisticated trends and insights. Job Responsibilities: Interprets complex data sets to inform strategic business decisions Transforms business requirements into data-driven solutions Contributes to the optimization of business operations through data analysis Supports the achievement of T-Mobile's strategic objectives through data-driven insights Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Communicates key findings and recommendations to partners and management Work Experience: 7-10 years experience working with relational databases using SQL and data querying, cleaning, wrangling, working with common relational and non-relational databases in big data environments such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud 4-7 years experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) 4-7 years experience with cross-functional project management experience 4-7 years experience articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using data 2-4 years direct experience working in one or more of the following industries US wireless (e.g., carrier, OEM, software provider, infrastructure provider, consulting or research firm) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Data Analysis Ability to analyze data and present findings and recommendations to Senior Management Microsoft Excel Ability to source and manipulate complex data sets, including leveraging pivot tables and V-lookups Executive Support Proven ability to work effectively with Senior and Executive level management. Relational Databases Knowledge of relational database, data modeling, systems design and integration.
