Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked.

The bottom range indicates little to no experience, while working 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.

Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.

Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.

Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.

Qualifications: Qualifications

Active RN / LPN License in Washington (required)

Attention to Detail

Time Management Skills

Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution

Good Organization and Effective Communication

Home Health Experience (preferred)
