Job Summary
Responsible for selling managed enterprise solutions to named accounts within the franchise model. As part of the sales process, create and deliver sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of company products and deliver value to franchise owner/operators. Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the franchisee. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position company solutions in the marketplace. Responsible for overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction in addition to achieving revenue and retention objectives.

Help build and execute GTM strategies within the region in partnership with the other sales leaders, while positioning current and potential Comcast Technology Solutions to customers.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms.
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns to prospective customers.
Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our products/services.
Pipeline Management: Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and leads that will yield monthly budget performance production levels and above.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and campaign effectiveness.
Continual Learning: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Skills & Experience We're Looking for:
2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
