The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the Transformation team to support the development of a new data management platform and help the company successfully integrate enhanced data systems and workflows.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current-state business workflows and identify opportunities for new data product features and updates.Develop a strong understanding of business operations and translate them to essential data system logic.Support Transformation Director in research and documentation of business requirements for projects.Oversee the governance of data integrity within internal system.Assess common business requirements and determine ways to repurpose them across multiple projects within the business.Participate in cross-functional team workshops to establish definitions and decisions around business requirements.Manage data platform admin requests including account setup, granting access/permissions, troubleshooting, etc.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - ensure that data platform usage meets business requirements.Maintain up-to-date flowcharts and visuals for internal workflow.Ensure documentation around project objectives/requirements is properly maintained.Assist the development of training materials around data management platform.
Required Skills & Experience2 or more years of business analytics experience.Technical understanding of data systems and platforms - working knowledge of SQL or other advanced analytics tools a plus.Strong knowledge of the media landscape - including various media types such as Digital Managed Services, Programmatic, Traditional Media, etc.Strong data management and strategic thinking skills.Knowledge of Mediaocean.Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to clearly define business requirements and present them to internal stakeholders.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
Desired Skills & ExperienceKnowledge of Salesforce a plus.Experience in working with Asana a plus.
