Perform work that involves implementing conventional types of algorithms and solutions on computing equipment to include Android, iOS, Windows Tablet, and personal computing (PC) devices. Primary activity is software development, integration, and testing. Also includes potential mechanical engineering applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop, integrate, and test software solutions with daily supervisory requirement.

Able to develop new software or readily modify existing software.

Able to develop in a controlled software configuration management environment.

Required Skills:

Knowledge and/or experience in Java, C++, object oriented and network centric systems.

Operating system experience includes Windows, Android, and/or UNIX/LINUX.

Experience with one or more of the following development tools/environments is desired: Android SDK, Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET, Apple iOS External Accessory Framework.

Domain experience in geospatial systems (i.e., moving map display), full motion video, geopositioning devices, advanced GPS technology, and/or mission planning solutions desired.

Associates degree or 3+ years towards BS/BT degree in computer science or engineering.

US Citizen with the able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Qualifications:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera

Experience with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam is preferred

OSHA 30 hour certification preferred

Ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written format

Ability to take direction, read and understand plans and specifications required

Strong analytic skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow through and meet deadlines

Knowledge of construction and scheduling techniques
