In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom website designs in Figma and producing high-quality graphic design assets for digital paid ads and other marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, experience in creating responsive and user friendly web layouts, and can balance creativity with brand consistency.Responsibilities:Design custom, user-friendly website layouts and components in Figma, ensuring consistency with client branding and project goals.Create visually appealing graphic assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social advertising and other paid digital ads.Collaborate with website developers and other team members to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.Work with clients and internal teams to understand the client's vision and deliver designs that align with their objectives.Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and adhere to client guidelines.Update and revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs are current and innovative.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.Recognize opportunities for AI to support the human-led design process and enhance design efficiency.Requirements:2-3 years of experience in web design and graphic design.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).Strong portfolio showcasing custom website designs and digital ad creatives.Excellent visual design skills with a focus on user interface (UI) designStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate design concepts and processes effectively.Experience with UX design principlesFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and WordPress for design implementation.This position is hybrid, with staff working in the office Tuesday-Thursdays and remote optional on Mondays and Fridays.
