TheRole
The TA Treasury Ops Associate Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for the TA Treasury Operations team and will enter money movement instructions for multiple banks and business partners. The Analyst will collaborate with Team Leads to ensure all daily functions are completed timely and accurately and escalate any daily operational issues to the Team Leads and Manager as appropriate. Additional tasks include the Investment of excess cash; funding of daily shareholder check-writing presentments; and procedure development and maintenance.
- Responsible for money movement between the Fidelity Group of Funds and the related transfer agents
- Allocation of expenses from treasury accounts
- Review of bank bills
- Monitoring of treasury account bank balances
- Enter high dollar transfer agent shareholder and expense payment wire transfers
- Report cash requirements for shareholder check writing activity
- Process stop payments
- Review intraday and prior day bank account balances. Research and escalate exception items as appropriate.
- Review, analyze and pay banking service charges for transfer agent bank accounts. Resolve banking service issues and highlight bill exceptions to internal business partners.
- Fund income and expense analysis and allocation
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
- Develop, review and maintain policy and procedures for the TA Treasury Operations team
- Help junior staff with issues and resolve more complex issues.
- Work with manager and leads on task improvements.

The Team
This Treasury Operations team sits within the Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations business unit and is responsible for the timely and accurate transfer of ~ $20 billon dollars daily. The team is responsible for several key banking competencies including monitoring bank account balances, reviewing bank pricing on Transfer Agent Bank accounts and resolving pricing discrepancies across multiple business lines including the Fidelity Group of Funds, FMTC, FIAM and NFS, as well as allocating expenses and interest to the Fidelity Group of Funds.\u00A0
