Job Description:

Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Product Analyst Chapter. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for systems/business analysis, requirements gathering, providing value to our customers, and agile product delivery. The Product Analyst will join forces with the squad lead, engineers and architects to ensure our business objectives become reality across Enterprise Cybersecurity.\u00A0

The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

  • The ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of experience as a systems and/or business analyst with a track record of delivering software using agile development practices. Additional experience in the cybersecurity or financial services industry would be beneficial.\u00A0

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent career experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field.\u00A0

  • Experience working with SQL, Snowflake, SnapLogic, Informatica, Tableau, PowerBI is a plus\u00A0

  • Experience with Jira, Jira Align, or other comparable Agile tools is a plus.

  • Experience in gathering requirements and translating them to well-defined stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria with a focus on user needs\u00A0

  • Strong ability to conduct research and analysis independently, including growing ability to gather and apply data-driven insights, construct diagrams and data visualizations, and document current and future state\u00A0

  • Continually building domain expertise of team s product(s) and processes with a focus on data analysis with a goal of becoming a domain expert on the team\u00A0\u00A0

  • Understands competing priorities and works with squad leader and team to drive successful product delivery\u00A0\u00A0

  • Champions and leads team to collaborate with partners and stakeholders to drive strong business outcomes\u00A0

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills including participating in and leading sessions with team members, domain experts, and stakeholders\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

  • Proficient understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles\u00A0\u00A0

  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement mentality with a focus on building business analysis and product ownership expertise\u00A0\u00A0

  • Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and Cyber or Technical certificates is a plus.\u00A0

Enterprise Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting Fidelity from external and internal threats against our infrastructure, data and systems. As a member of the Product Analyst Chapter, you will join a team that is the center of excellence for product analysis and contribute to driving outstanding solutions. In this role you will work in partnership with product analysts, squad leads, engineers and architects to perform data and systems analysis for key initiatives.\u00A0
