Alkira, Inc is growing our Solutions Architect team and looking for high energy, dedicated professionals who can help add new clients to our SaaS platform. This is a full-time position with great benefits. The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate key technical differentiators of Alkira service and help our large strategic enterprise accounts transform their network to become disruptive, creative and innovative. As a Solutions Architect, you are not only responsible for helping the Sales team but also helping shape the roadmap by providing a deep level understanding of customers technical needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead network architecture discussions with customers and partnersAssist customers with design and deployment based on best practicesCollaborate with customer networking and cloud teamsWork with partners/customers on architecture, design, and deploymentConduct trainings and whiteboard sessions for customers and partnersCreate design and architecture best practices and guidelinesProvide technical support for our customersOwn customer success on key accounts from adoption and expansion perspectiveWork with Alkira product management team to provide feedback on upcoming features from the customer's lensTrack and drive key customer features/asks with Alkira product management to implementationMinimum Requirements:
Strong cloud and networking fundamentalsMinimum 5+ years of consulting experience advising customersMinimum 5+ years experience on cloud solutions architecture and designTechnical hands-on experience designing hybrid and public cloud infrastructureNetworking background in the routing technologies and securityExperience using cloud automation and orchestration toolsExperience in large-scale network designing/deployment is a plusStrong passion for sales and creating long-lasting professional relationshipsFlexibility to travelRelevant Technical certifications are a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBA/BS/MS Degree are a plusAbout Alkira:
