Job Description

I’ve just partnered with a growing company seeking their next Manufacturing Project Manager to lead projects in a dynamic machine shop environment. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive machining experience (Fanuc robots) and a strong record in project leadership.

Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery Partner with clients to define project scope, requirements, and timelines Create detailed project schedules and manage all stages of project execution Develop and review proposals, estimates, and contracts for accuracy and compliance Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and resolve project challenges Review job estimates, determine methods, and negotiate project timelines and costs Qualifications

Experience with Fanuc Robots - Programming Minimum 7 years in welding, machining, and/or millwright environments Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business Skilled in estimating, purchasing, and project management software Proficient in blueprint reading and geometric tolerance standards Strong communication and negotiation skills, with customer and vendor interfacing as needed Benefits
