RH is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring seamless coordination between cross functional teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands while delivering successful product launches that meet our company and customer expectations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Live our Vision, Values, and BeliefsMaintain product information in our systems such as Galaxy, Google Drive, and ServerTrack photo samples and communicate updates to cross functional partnersWork with the Warehouse team to organize and set up samples for reviewsAct as a conduit of information and changes, materials and samples to all cross functional teamsAssist in preparing presentation boards for meetings to illustrate concepts and products in developmentGenerate notes and/or recaps within 24-48 hours for product development meetingsCall out issues on the web through JIRAKeep sample presentation areas and swatch bay clean and organizedArchive design drawings throughout the development processWork with web merchants/photo producers to organize sample photography and assortment changes for a successful launchOUR REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of work experience, with familiarity in the product development field, is preferredComputer literacy, including proficiency with Adobe Creative applications (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat).Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and thoroughnessA high degree of flexibility and initiativeAchieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment and is energized by constant change
