Who you are:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Lead to drive the product development and growth of HQ+, a digital learning platform built to share the power of hospitality as a business differentiator with organizations and individuals alike. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Digital Innovation and collaborating with engineering, marketing, content, and business development teams, this individual will be instrumental in further developing and elevating the HQ+ product. The HQ+ Product Lead is a strategic, process-driven, action-oriented, and hospitality-minded individual with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will bring deep product management expertise and enthusiasm for both hospitality and the learning and development space. This individual will also be curious and eager to create impact beyond traditional product management, working cross-functionally to develop engaging multi-media content that the platform will feature. Most importantly, the Product Lead will bring a collaborative, tenacious, and results-oriented mindset to the team.

What you’ll do:

Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all stakeholders that supports our business objectives and growth.Collaborate on product vision and strategy: Partner with USHG’s CTO and VP of Digital Innovation to define and communicate the product vision for HQ+, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market needs.Build upon and maintain the product roadmap: Own a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines features, enhancements, and timelines to drive platform growth.Synthesize user feedback: Champion a best-in-class user experience by gathering customer feedback, conducting usability testing, and iterating on product features to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.Manage engineering efforts: Partner with engineering team to translate product roadmap into new feature requirements and manage sprint progress. Communicate and monitor bug resolution.Oversee product performance and make data-driven decisions: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of HQ+, analyzing data to inform product decisions and improvements.Conduct market research: Conduct in-depth market analysis and user research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the hospitality sector.Support content strategy and development: Work closely with the media production team and talent to develop the content roadmap and create high-quality multimedia content that resonates with our target audiences.Interface with prospects and customers: Partner cross-functionally with Business Development and Marketing functions to develop compelling product messaging that resonates with prospects. Support sales and retention efforts with product demonstrations, feedback collection, and customer support.Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success.What we need from you:

4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in digital learning or restaurant technologyStrong written and verbal communication skills with experience interfacing with both technical teams and customersHyper-organized and attentive to detailData-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on driving product adoption, revenue growth, customer satisfactionProactive with an “act like an owner” mentality and a bias towards actionStrategic, structured thinker with ability to see the “big picture”“Team sport” mentality and ability to partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in Business Development and MarketingFamiliarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira) and learning management systems (LMS) is a plusBachelor’s degreeWhat you’ll get from us:
