Tarantino Properties is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join the corporate office in Houston, Texas.
The Property Manager will oversee a current portfolio of 8 properties- retail, office and flex industrial properties. The position is responsible for the preparation of the annual budget, annual operating expense reconciliation and monthly reporting. Excellent communication, professionalism and attention to customer service are all important characteristics of being successful in this role.
Responsibilities:Vendor-Contractor correspondence and meetingsHandling new leases and managing existing tenants leasesCollecting rentsCAM ReconciliationsAnnual property budgetsWeekly property inspections/visitsProcessing of Leases and DocumentsQualifications:Active Texas Real Estate License is requiredBachelor's Degree is preferred but not required3+ years experience as a Property Manager is requiredExperience with Yardi
