The Administrative Coordinator provides a wide range of operational and administrative support to the front/back office staff within their clinic(s).The incumbent will assist in the management of day-to-day front/back office operations including but not limited to employee, patient and provider schedules, coverage issues and workflow. Coordinates and supports workflow, systems and processes relative to administrative support functions within the clinic(s). The coordinator will work with leadership to implement policies and procedures pertaining to administrative functions and assist with managing change, process improvement and documentation.

Minimum Education
Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum Work Experience
Three years of administrative coordination experience in a physician practice, outpatient clinic, business office or similar setting required.
Physician practice or outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred.
Customer service experience required.
Experience with healthcare software applications preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Demonstrated keyboarding ability of 45 wpm
Medical terminology preferred.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of basic computer skills.
Highly discreet, able to routinely handle confidential materials.
Able to manage multiple priorities and assignments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in successfully supporting peer staff members in improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated problem solving-skills and critical thinking.
Strong customer service skills.
Able to communicate effectively with patients and all levels of employees.
Pay Range: $17.46 - $25.91
