Overview

Delaware Nation Industries is supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA). We provide enterprise management and technical support for the Command Information Office (CIO) over the RDT&E core infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Technical and subject matter expertise with the following OS: Server 2019, Windows 10/11 and RHEL 8Technical and subject matter expertise with the following areas: DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, Database supportDevelop reports in support of contract requirementsTroubleshoot System and Network related performance issuesAnalyze systems traffic and provide capacity-planning solutions; monitor and respond to complex technical hardware and software problemsInterface with vendor support to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performanceMaintain security compliance and posture of all systems under purview via STIGs and ACAS compliance, SOP creation and updateDesign and deploy new solutions and products to further support daily requirements and customer needsHave impressive verbal and written communication skillsPerform regular review and updates to existing documentation such as SOPs, standards and implementation guidesProvide technical support, sustainment and deployment of end user hardware and softwareQualifications

5+ Years' experience as System Administration experience in a DoD environmentDoD Secret Security ClearanceSecurity+ or equivalent 8570 IAT II CertficationBachelor Degree or Equivalent Work ExperienceExperienced STIG reviewerMicrosoft Visio and Microsoft Project userDesired:

Previous NAVY experienceMicrosoft SQLVMware products, VeeamServiceNow, Various ITSM solutions, TaniumIA tool support such as SPLUNK, RedSeal, ACAS, etc.
