Contractor should still bid even if they cannot fully supply the number of Nurse Practitioners required on this RFQ. Agency may continue to recruit new candidates as staffing needs arise through the end date for services. Award will result in multiple vendors. The agency reserves the right to extend up to 24 months.
The award(s) will be made to vendor(s) who provide the best overall value based on the combination of price and the qualifications of the candidate.
Minimum qualifications: Must have a New York State License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse; and certification by the New York State Education Department in a specialty area to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. A mandatory site visit and interview is required as candidate selection will be based on lowest price and candidate qualifications.
Mohawk CF is a medium security facility. However, Walsh RMU is a maximum security center located within Mohawk CF. These positions are days.
